East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the eAdmissions National Project (UK) have submitted a business case to Government Connect for the implementation of the findings with the completion of the Government Connect report for the eAdmissions National e-Government Project.

The model facilitates connectivity to the Government Connect Register for existing online applications reducing effort and cost in making systems compliant. The business case sought to deploy the model within the context of school admissions and the vendors to facilitate the deployment of additional services including libraries, planning, leisure, car parking and revenues and benefits after the initial pilot. The business case has been 'positively positioned' within the Government Connect Programme. Government Connect will make an announcement in due course on whether the programme can proceed with the implementation of the model.
