Arun Kumar Singh, CS, Bihar dies of COVID-19

A big loss to India as the Chief Secretary of Bihar, Arun Kumar Singh, succumbed to COVID-19 infection on April 30. Singh, an IAS officer of 1985-Batch, was assigned at the post of Chief Secretary of Bihar on February 28 after the retirement of Deepak Kumar, his predecessor. Singh was undergoing treatment of COVID-19 in Paras HMRI Hospital in Patna.
