New Software can be a Breather for PSU Banks

Brought in by the Indian-based Newgen Softwares, the software – O2MS – can generate and distribute highly personalized customer-statements with inline promotions through rule-based profiling and segmenting. Moreover, the product supports electronic and multi-channel delivery too.
