Jharkhand CM for making government employees tech savvy

To make e-Governance strong, Jharkhand government has planned to draft a module for computer training for over five lakh employees in the state.

Chief Minister Arjun Munda has given a direction to prepare the module that would train the government employees and make them computer-savvy, according to official sources here.

Computer literacy of employees would help them a hike in salary and in getting promotions, the sources said.

Munda has been favouring e-governance to make government machinery transparent and accountable, the sources said.
