Alok Kumar Gupta, Director (Operations), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Videsh Ltd. has been promoted as Managing Director, ONGC Videsh Ltd. The posting came in following the orders, dated October 31, from the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, Department of Personnel & Training.
