Traffic management has a major role to play in making the ambitious vision of smart city a reality, says the Delhi Traffic Police.
“The concept of smart city should be cear. The objective of smart city should be clearly defined,” said Special Commissioner, Delhi Police (Traffic), Muktesh Chander.

“There should be 24X7 congestion mapping and smart signalling system.”
“Cancellation of the driving licence for the third time violators should be executed, as Delhi witnesses about 10,000 cases every day,” he said.
