Nisha Samuel joins Legrand India as Vice President – Human Resources. With 26 years of experience spanning services, consumer durables, and speciality chemicals, Nisha will focus on talent acquisition, rewards strategies, and cultivating a high-performance organizational culture. Her background in transformational HR initiatives and multicultural team leadership will be pivotal in shaping Legrand’s workforce.

Ravindran SK takes over as Chief Business Officer at Numeric, a Legrand Group company. His responsibilities will include managing nationwide operations, driving strategic growth initiatives, and fostering partnerships. Ravindran’s expertise in sales, product marketing, and mergers & acquisitions positions him as a key driver of Numeric’s expansion and operational efficiency.

Satpal Singh has been promoted as Director of Sales, where he will lead the company’s sales strategy to enhance market presence and deliver exceptional customer value. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, and energy sectors, Satpal’s leadership in strategy, business transformation, and governance has been exemplary. Having spent over seven years at Legrand, including three as CEO of Numeric, he brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
