
The Bihar government has announced a significant reshuffle of IAS officers, according to a notification issued by the General Administration Department. The transfers impact six officers, including Dr. B Rajender (1995-batch), Rajesh Kumar (2001-batch), Dayanidhi Pandey (2006-batch), Pranav Kumar (2008-batch), Manoj Kumar Singh (2009-batch), and Seema Tripathi (2009-batch).
Key Highlights of the Transfers:

- Dr. B Rajender (1995-batch): Currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department, Dr. Rajender also manages portfolios as ACS of Public Grievances, Director of Administrative Reforms Mission Society, and ACS of the Sports Department. He has now been entrusted with the additional charge of ACS, Rural Works Department, as Deepak Kumar Singh is on leave.
- Rajesh Kumar (2001-batch): Appointed as Commissioner of the Kosi Division in Saharsa, Kumar also assumes additional responsibility for Purnia. Previously, he served as Secretary of the Bihar Human Rights Commission.
- Dayanidhi Pandey (2006-batch): Transferred as an Additional Member of the Revenue Council, Pandey was earlier Secretary of the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, and also served as Managing Director of the Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation.
- Pranav Kumar (2008-batch): Now Secretary of the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Kumar will retain his existing roles as Secretary of the Home Department, Inspector General of Prisons and Correctional Services, Investigating Commissioner of the General Administration Department, and Managing Director of the Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation.
