6 IAS transferred in Punjab: Vishesh Sarangal appointed DC Moga

In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Government of Punjab has transferred and posted six IAS officers, including four Deputy Commissioners (DCs). Notable changes include:
- Kulwant Singh (2012 batch) appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Mansa, succeeding Paramvir Singh (2015 batch).
- Vishesh Sarangal (2013 batch) takes charge as Deputy Commissioner of Moga, replacing Kulwant Singh.
- Uma Shankar Gupta (2015 batch) becomes Deputy Commissioner of Gurdaspur, succeeding Vishesh Sarangal.
- Rajesh Tripathi (2016 batch) appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Sri Muktsar Sahib, replacing Harpreet Singh Sudan (2013 batch).
