Lowa, USA has launched an administrative rules portal, www.Iowa.gov. for the state government.
The administrative rules portal will allow citizens and businesses to locate and track changes to specific government rules at www.adminrules.iowa.gov. The new electronic filing and management system is another way that government can make its processes more efficient and save time and energy for government, businesses, and the citizens of Lowa. The Web site will track changes to rules and will provide specific information about how a rule operates and the process of changing a rule, and allow citizens to be notified through e-mail when specific rules change. The Governor's Office, the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and one of its divisions, the Information Technology Enterprise, spearheaded this project.
