New Delhi: Saurabh Vijay, a 1998-batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre, has assumed charge as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unique Identification Authority of India, the organisation responsible for managing India’s Aadhaar ecosystem and digital identity infrastructure.
