Dubai Municipality has re-launched its web portal with a new design, the fourth since 1998, which was the first launch to create an e-audience for Dubai Municipality on the Internet.
Dubai Municipality has accomplished a record 1,386,791 e-transactions last year i.e. 2008, marking a tremendous success of the e-government project of the Municipality. Among the 492 e-services provided by the Municipality e-portal, 402 are main services and others are branch services covering information services and transactional services that facilitate easy access to a number of forms required for getting the Municipality services accomplished.
