So far, the Dubai Municipality has processed more than 3.3 million transactions electronically since the launch of the Government programme in 2001 at an average of 90,000 transactions per month.
This week, Dubai Municipality has launched an e-government initiative to encourage its clients to process their transactions online. Each week, a Dubai governmental department will exhibit its online services and educate clients about the features.
