C Sudarshan Reddy, a 2002 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre has been appointed as Private Secretary toBandaru Dattatreya, who is the Minister of State for Labour and Employment.

Earlier, Bandaru served as a District Collector, Kurnool and also as Commissioner Secretary, Commercial Taxes in Andhra Pradesh.
