In a major administrative reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government led by Yogi Adityanath has transferred 38 IAS officers, including District Magistrates (DMs) of eight key districts, in a move aimed at strengthening governance and improving administrative efficiency.
The reshuffle impacts districts such as Deoria, Jaunpur, Mau, Maharajganj, Firozabad, Moradabad, Sambhal, and Pratapgarh, along with several important departmental postings.

Posting After Controversy
Rinkoo Singh Rahee (IAS: 2021) has been appointed Joint Magistrate, Jalaun after earlier controversy regarding his posting. He had withdrawn his resignation and has now been assigned a field role.

- Ramesh Ranjan, former DM of Firozabad, has been transferred to the Revenue Board following allegations of misconduct.
- Divya Mittal, former DM of Deoria, has been shifted to the Revenue Department amid reported opposition from local representatives.
