15 senior IAS transferred in Madhya Pradesh, Neeraj Mandloi assigned additional charge of ACS, PWD

Under Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, the Madhya Pradesh government transferred 15 senior IAS officers on Sunday night in a significant administrative reshuffle, aiming to streamline governance across key departments ahead of the upcoming assembly session on December 16.


Among the notable changes, K.C. Gupta, a 1992-batch IAS officer, has been reassigned from Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Public Works Department (PWD), to ACS at the Governor’s office. Dinesh Kumar Maurya, currently Deputy Secretary, Revenue Department as Officer on Special Duty cum Controller Food and Drug Administration. Meanwhile, Mukesh Chandra Gupta (1998 batch), previously Principal Secretary to the Governor, has been appointed Secretary at the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission.

Chhote Singh, who served as Additional Commissioner (Revenue) in Gwalior, has been appointed as Director of Panchayati Raj, and Arun Kumar Parmar has moved from Additional Commissioner (Revenue) in Rewa to Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister. Similarly, Rajni Singh, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Indore, has been assigned as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Labour Commissioner, also in Indore.

Amit Tomar (2009 batch), Additional Secretary for Personnel in the General Administration Department has been transferred to Inspector General of Registration. Mayank Agrawal, OSD and Controller of Food and Drug Administration has been named as the Managing Director of the Public Health Services Corporation Limited.


Tanvi Hudda has been assigned as Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Indore. Neetu Mathur (2016 batch) has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner of Revenue in Rewa. Jagdish Kumar Gome has been Reassigned as Deputy Secretary in the Culture Department. Jamuna Bhide, currently the Deputy Secretary, Horticulture and Food Processing Department has been transferred to the Secretary of Tribal Cell, Raj Bhawan. Sunil Dubey, currently serving as the Deputy Secretary, Culture Department has been named the CEO of District Panchayat Bhind.

Additionally, Neeraj Mandloi, a 1993-batch IAS officer, currently serving as the ACS of the Energy Department, has been given the additional charge of ACS, PWD. Similarly, Anupam Rajan, ACS of Higher Education, will also handle Parliamentary Affairs.

This reshuffle is expected to infuse fresh leadership into critical areas of administration, further enhancing governance and public service delivery in Madhya Pradesh.
