9 IAS transferred in Maharashtra, Vijay Suryawanshi appointed Konkan Divisional Commissioner

The Maharashtra government has transferred nine IAS officers across key administrative positions. Dr. Vijay Suryawanshi has been appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Konkan Division, Mumbai, replacing Dr. Rajesh Deshmukh, who takes over as Commissioner of State Excise, Mumbai.

Other notable transfers include Nayana Gunde as Commissioner of Women and Child Development, Pune, and Vimala R. as Resident Commissioner and Secretary, Maharashtra Sadan, New Delhi. Siddharam Salimath moves to Commissioner of Sugar, Pune, while Milindkumar Salwe takes charge as CEO, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara.

Additionally, Sachin Ombase has been appointed as Municipal Commissioner, Solapur, Leena Bansod as Commissioner, Tribal Development, Nashik, and Rahul Kumar Meena as CEO, Zilla Parishad, Latur.
