In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government has announced the transfer and posting of 15 IAS officers, including seven deputy commissioners. Two Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers have also been assigned new roles. These changes take effect immediately.

Sushil Sarwan, formerly managing director of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., is now Kurukshetra’s Deputy Commissioner (DC). Parth Gupta, previously additional chief executive officer of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, has been appointed as the DC of Ambala.

Mandeep Kaur, the DC of Charkhi Dadri, will now serve as the DC of Fatehabad. Shantanu Sharma has moved from being the DC of Kurukshetra to the new DC of Sirsa. Abhishek Meena has been posted as the DC of Rewari. Rahul Narwal, previously the DC of Fatehabad, is now assigned as the DC of Charkhi Dadri. Harish Kumar Vashishth, who served as additional deputy commissioner-cum-district citizen resources information officer in Jind, is now posted as the DC of Palwal.

Vijayendra Kumar, principal secretary of the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department and Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, will also handle duties as principal secretary of the Human Resources Department. D Suresh, previously resident commissioner at Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi, is now principal secretary of the Higher Education Department. A Mona Sreenivas will continue as additional resident commissioner at Haryana Bhawan and commissioner of Municipal Corporation Faridabad while also serving as chief executive officer of Faridabad Smart City Ltd.

Yash Garg, currently DC of Panchkula and chief administrator of Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board Panchkula, will take on additional roles as managing director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. and managing director of Haryana Financial Corporation.

Virender Kumar Dahiya will continue as DC Panipat while serving as director and special secretary in the State Environment Forests and Wildlife Department. Rahul Hooda moved from being DC Rewari to Director and Special Secretary in the State Higher Education Department and Director in the Technical Education Department.
