10 IAS Transferred in Uttarakhand, Varun Chaudhary Made Municipal Commissioner Haridwar

The Uttarakhand government on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, executed transfer and posting orders affecting a total of 25 officers, including 10 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The changes in the postings of the IAS officers are as follows:
- Manuj Goyal (IAS:2012:UK), formerly serving as the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation in Dehradun, has been transferred and assigned the role of Additional Secretary in the Rural Development department.
- Sandeep Tiwari (IAS:2017:UK), who was previously the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Nainital with an additional charge as the Managing Director of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam (KMVN), has now been posted as the Managing Director of KMVN.
- Varun Chaudhary (IAS:2017:UK), the former CDO of Pithoragarh, has been relocated and appointed as the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation in Haridwar.
- Abhinav Shah (IAS:2019:UK), serving as the Joint Magistrate in Roorkee, has been repositioned as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Chamoli.
- Nandan Kumar (IAS:2019:UK), who previously held the position of Joint Magistrate in Mussoorie, has been reassigned as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Pithoragarh.
- Divesh Shashni (IAS:2020:UK), the former Deputy Collector in Pithoragarh, has been transferred and assigned the role of Joint Magistrate in Roorkee.
- Deepak Saini (IAS:2020:UK), who was serving as the Deputy Collector in Chamoli, has been shifted to the position of Joint Secretary in Mussoorie.
- Varuna Agrawal (IAS:2021:UK) has been designated as the Deputy Collector in Almora.
- Anamika (IAS:2021:UK) has been appointed as the Deputy Collector in Pauri.
- Ashish Kumar Mishra (IAS:2021:UK) has been posted as the Deputy Collector in Pithoragarh.
