6 IAS & 3 PCS Transferred in Uttarakhand, Swati S Bhadoria appointed Mission Director NHM

In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Uttarakhand Government has issued a series of transfer orders affecting 6 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) and 3 PCS (Provincial Civil Service) officers. Notably, this shuffle involves several senior-level officers, including Additional Secretary Swati S Bhadoria and Rohit Meena.


One prominent change involves Swati S Bhadoria, who previously held the position of additional secretary to the Governor. She has now been appointed as the Mission Director of the NHM Mission, succeeding Rohit Meena. Another alteration sees IAS Dr R Rajesh Kumar, formerly the Chief Executive Officer of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, taking on the role of Secretary in the Department of Health and Medical Education. Moreover, IAS Karmendra Singh, previously the Additional Secretary of the Personnel and Vigilance Department, has assumed the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.

Among the changes, IAS Anand Swaroop, who was serving as the Additional Secretary of Rural Development, has been relieved of his position as the Director of Panchayati Raj. In his stead, PCS officer Nidhi Yadav has been designated as the new director. Meanwhile, IAS Alok Kumar Pandey, who held the post of Secretary for Cooperative & Registrar, has been reassigned as the Additional Secretary in the Panchayati Raj department. Additionally, PCS officer Mohammad Nasir has been named as the Director of Agriculture University, Pant Nagar.

In a related move, PCS Officer Ramdutt Paliwal, serving as the Director of Uttarakhand Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Institute in Udham Singh Nagar, has been relieved of his additional responsibilities at Agriculture University, Pant Nagar. Simultaneously, Omkar Singh, previously the Additional Secretary in the Panchayati Raj department, has taken up the role of Additional Secretary in the Department of Social Welfare.
