Here are the key appointments:
Gagandeep Gambhir (IPS: 2004: GJ) appointed as Inspector General of Police (Administration), Gandhinagar, with the cadre post of Additional Director General of Police (Administration) downgraded.
Raghavendra Vatsa (IPS: 2005: GJ) elevated to Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Surat City, with the cadre post of Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) upgraded.
Sharad Singhal (IPS: 2006: GJ) appointed as Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Ahmedabad City, with the ex-cadre post of Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) upgraded, succeeding Neeraj Kumar Badgujar (IPS: 2008: GJ).
