The Government of Assam, in an official notification released on January 19, issued the transfer and posting orders of three IAS officers in the state.

Vinod Seshan (IAS 2008-Batch) has been transferred and posted as State Project Director, ARIAS Society. He also gets the charge of Project Director, Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Programme.

Oinam Sarankumar Singh (IAS 2012-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Managing Director, AIDC. He has also been given the charge of Commissioner, Industries & Commerce.

Dr P Uday Praveen (IAS 2016-Batch) has bee given the charge of Deputy Secretary, Finance Department.
