The ruling United Democratic Front (UDF) in Kerala in its manifesto for the forthcoming local body polls has promised to provide free Wi-Fi at all local body offices.
The civic polls will be held on November 2-5.
The manifesto for the Congress-led UDF was released in Kochi in the presence of former Defence Minister AK Antony and the top leadership of all parties in the UDF.
