The Union National Bank (UNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai's e-Government to facilitate e-payment services to the bank's customers.

The agreement will enable all UNB customers to settle payments to Dubai government organizations electronically, including settling utility bills, police fines, in addition to recharging Salik tags. The UNB also provides its clients with the service of paying their utility (electricity & water) bills as well as Etisalat bills through the Internet. UNB is aiming to facilitate day-to-day transactions carried out by its clients, and adopts the strategy of transparency, efficiency, and productivity.
