The Union National Bank (UNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai’s e-Government to facilitate e-payment services to the bank’s customers.
The Dubai eGovernment is carrying out a quality report into the efficacy of its electronic services. The report covers a number of areas including ease of use, quality of services provided and access to e-services.
