The State Government is planning to set up call center, where a person can ring for their information. Then the call center will write a formal application, which would be forwarded to the concerned department through fax or Internet. It will cost only INR 10 as call charge to per person.  People will gather information in other languages apart from Hindi, English Maithili and Bhojpuri. According to Chief Minister, soon government will make necessary amendments to the rules relating to RTI act to introduce the new system.
