These citizen data hub connects various government departments with the citizen to a single data model. The Citizen Data Hub uses the Oracle Data model, Oracle Customer Online and Oracle Data Librarian to give organizations access to a single source of customer. The Oracle citizen Data Hub is based on open information architecture. Various government departments are using Oracle's Citizen Data Hub to provide a single window for government access to specific communities like farmers. Government is using Oracle's system in variety of systems like: Poverty alleviation schemes, Land records, Voter's database, PDS, Police and Co-operative/state owned banks.
