The website would facilitate citizens' interface with the government in the area of small savings on an e-Governance platform. The website is http://nsiindia.gov.in. It can be accessed for information on various small savings schemes offered by the Government. The website also offers downloads for commonly used forms for depositors. An official release said that a major feature of the website is the single window mechanism for online management of queries and complaints. Users from any location can post a query or complaint on the website and track its status using a unique auto-generated code number.
