Access of ICTs to rural women can substantially improve their livelihoods and household incomes, their health and that of their children, husbands and communities
Now, the government ministries and departments of Uganda will be connected to each other through teleconferencing. According to a statement issued by the Information Communication Technology ministry, the network is being refined and will be officially launched in Kampala soon.
