Sushil Sarwan appointed Managing Director of Haryana Financial Corporation

In a fresh administrative reshuffle following the formation of Haryana’s new government, IAS officer Sushil Sarwan from the 2012 batch has been appointed Managing Director of the Haryana Financial Corporation. Sarwan, who will retain his current duties as Managing Director of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation, steps into this role following IAS officer Yash Garg’s release from the position. Garg, a Haryana cadre officer from the 2009 batch, has not yet been assigned new responsibilities.

Sushil Sarwan has an established track record, having served as Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer in Kurukshetra. He also held the role of Chief Administrator of the Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board in Panchkula. In his new position, Sarwan will build upon his extensive administrative experience in managing the state’s financial corporation.

This reshuffle signals potential larger-scale transfers of IAS and IPS officers across the state, with several district officials, including DCs and SP-SSPs, likely to be reassigned in the coming weeks.
