Indian-based Newgen Softwares, the software - O2MS.

Serving as a nip in the bud for many of those Public sector banks that are facing the challenge of communication crisis, trust deficit among customers and business losses, a leading software company has come up with a new software that it claims can enrich customer experience and communication management in a cost-effective manner.

Brought in by the Indian-based Newgen Softwares, the software – O2MS – can generate and distribute highly personalized customer-statements with inline promotions through rule-based profiling and segmenting. It also provides the customer a single view of the statements by consolidating data across multiple systems such as savings, investments and loan accounts. Moreover, the product supports electronic and multi-channel delivery too.

Reacting to the development, the CEO of the company said, “Maximizing the effectiveness of routine communications such as bills, statements and correspondence is a top priority for organizations such as Banks, Insurance Companies and Financial institutions, world over. Newgen helps businesses to enhance customer experience in a cost-effective manner by enabling highly personalized and multi-channel communication with customers.”

The company has recently been recognised by the Forrester in its Wave document.
