Mid-tier software services firm Mindtree acquired UK-based Bluefin Solutions and Ohio, US-based Relational Solutions Inc.
According to report, Relational Solutions and Bluefin Solutions have been acquired for USD 10 million and GBP 42.3 million respectively. The acquisition would help Mindtree’s customers in rapidly digitising their operations.

Bluefin Solutions works on SAP’s HANA, while Relational Solutions specialises in providing technology to the consumer goods industry.
