The Law Commission launched its facebook, twitter and youtube page to interact with people directly on issues concerning framing of laws.
Law Commission chairman A P Shah said, “I am happy to announce the launch of the Commission’s facebook page ‘Law Commission of India’, twitter feed ‘@lawcomindia’ and youtube channel ‘law commission of India.”

“The social media would help us get public opinion on its various projects,” he added.
The internet has revolutionised the field of communication and its growing use has led to widespread activism on social media, Shah said.
