South Korea ready to share technical skills in the field of eGov with UAE

South Korea is prepared to provide the UAE with its experiences and knowhow in the fields of e-Government, broadband infrastructure including WiBro (wireless broadband) and DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) technologies.

Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook was speaking on the eve of an official visit to the UAE, during which she had talks with His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This will substantially help the UAE in its pursuit of the construction and management of U-city a 'ubiquitous city' which will exemplify a digital way of life and may be built in the Palm Island, where all major information systems [residential, medical, business, governmental, etc] share data, and computers will be built into houses, streets and office buildings.
