Hyderabad based National Institute of Smart Government (NISG), a government advisory body on e-governance has tied up with TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (Tapmi) to roll out one-year management programme that will offer specialisation in e-Governance.
The programme, for which NISG will lend its domain expertise, will be launched later this year for public sector and government officers and consultants who work on public-private-partnership (PPP) projects.The programme, which will cost prospective candidates INR 5.5 lakh, would have a class size of 40. NISG is already involved in projects like BangaloreOne and eSeva. While the institute is working with the Delhi State Government to develop single window citizen service portal, called Jeevan and an upgraded version of eSeva for Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur in Orissa and a land information system project in Andhra Pradesh.
