The Nayab Singh Saini-led Haryana Government has announced a significant reshuffle in its administrative ranks, issuing transfer and posting orders for nine IAS and HCS officers. The reshuffle prominently features officers from the 2022 and 2023 IAS batches, who have now been assigned key field-level roles as Sub Divisional Officers (Civil) across various districts. The postings are effective immediately or upon joining.

This administrative move, part of the state’s routine personnel management strategy, is aimed at enhancing governance and improving public service delivery by positioning newly trained officers in frontline roles. The notification reflects the government’s intent to build administrative capacity at the grassroots level through fresh and dynamic leadership.

List of Newly Posted IAS Officers (2023 Batch):

  • Ankita Puwar (IAS:2023:HY): Posted as SDO (Civil), Nuh; previously Assistant Commissioner (Under Training), Palwal.

  • Aniruddh Yadav (IAS:2023:HY): Appointed as SDO (Civil), Narnaul and Deputy CEO & Deputy MD, Haryana Multi Modal Logistic Hub Project Ltd.

  • Abhinav Siwach (IAS:2023:HY): Posted as SDO (Civil), Pehowa; earlier served in Rohtak.

  • Akash Sharma (IAS:2023:HY): Appointed SDO (Civil), Tohana; earlier with Fatehabad.

  • Kanika Goyal (IAS:2023:HY): Posted as SDO (Civil), Mahendragarh; earlier served in Hisar.

  • Yogesh Saini (IAS:2023:HY): Posted as SDO (Civil), Charkhi Dadri; formerly in Karnal.

  • Ravi Meena (IAS:2023:HY): Assigned as SDO (Civil), Tosham; previously in Ambala.

  • Shashvat Sangwan (IAS:2022:HY): Transferred from SDO (Civil), Barara to Thanesar.

  • Aman Kumar (HCS:2020): Moved from SDO (Civil), Thanesar to Barara in a reciprocal transfer.
