Chandigarh, May 8, 2025: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders for 13 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The transfers, which have received the approval of the Governor of Haryana, come into immediate effect.
The detailed list of officers and their new assignments is as follows:

- T.L. Satyaprakash (IAS, 2002) has been appointed Commissioner and Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, Haryana. He will also hold additional responsibilities as Commissioner and Secretary of the Mines & Geology Department and Chief Executive Officer (Designate) of Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRISHYA).
- C.G. Rajini Kaanthan (IAS, 2004) has been designated Secretary to the Government, Haryana, Finance Department, with additional charge of the Human Resources and General Administration Departments.
- Shekhar Vidyarthi (IAS, 2004) has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary to the Government, Haryana, Human Resources Department.
- Amna Tasneem (IAS, 2012) takes charge as Director, Cooperation Department, and Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula. She will also oversee the Urban Estate, Panchkula, as an additional responsibility.
- Sachin Gupta (IAS, 2018) has been named Director General, Archives, Haryana, and Secretary to the Government, Haryana, Archives Department, along with the additional role of Director General, Fire Services, Haryana.
- Rahul Hooda (IAS, 2015) has been appointed Director, Higher Education, Haryana, and Special Secretary to the Government, Haryana, Higher Education Department.
- S. Narayanan (IFoS, 1997) has been posted as Director General, Higher Education, Haryana, and will also serve as Secretary to the Government, Haryana, Higher Education Department.
- Ayush Sinha (IAS, 2018) has been transferred to the post of Commissioner, District Municipal Corporation, Panchkula.
- Anand Kumar Sharma (IAS, 2019) will serve as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mahendragarh.
- Akhil Pilani (IAS, 2018) has been posted as Additional Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal.
- Saloni Sharma (IAS, 2019) has been designated Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Jhajjar.
- Dr. Balpreet Singh (IAS, 2019) has been transferred as District Municipal Commissioner, Ambala.
- Yash Jaluka (IAS, 2021) has been appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak, with additional charge as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak.
The reshuffle reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and enhance administrative efficiency across the state.
