- Ashok Kumar Garg – November 30, 2025
- Ramesh Chandra Bidhan – December 31, 2025

Promotion of HCS Officers to IAS Cadre
In a move to strengthen the state’s administrative machinery, the Haryana government has approved the promotion of 27 HCS officers from the 2002-2004 batch to the IAS cadre. The proposal has been forwarded to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for final approval, following which the elected officers will assume their new responsibilities within the IAS framework.
List of HCS Officers Approved for Promotion: Veena Hooda, Surendra Singh, Jagdeep Dhanda, Dr. Sarita Malik, Kamlesh Kumar Bhadu, Munish Nagpal, Kuldhir Singh, Vatsal Vashistha, Jaganivas, Mahabir Prasad, Mahendra Pal, Satpal Sharma, Sushil Kumar, Varsha Khangwal, Virendra Sahrawat, Satendra Duhan, Manita Malik, Satbir Singh, Amrita Siwach, Yogesh Kumar, Dr. Vandana Disodiya, Dr. Subhita Dhaka, Jaideep Kumar, Samvartak Khangwal, Anurag Dhalia, Yogesh Kumar Mehta, and Naveen Kumar Ahuja.
The elevation of these officers is expected to bring dynamic leadership and operational efficiency to Haryana’s governance.
