In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders for 12 IAS and 67 HCS officers with immediate effect.

Sudhir Rajpal, Additional Chief Secretary of Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education and Research, and AYUSH Departments, has been assigned additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department. Amneet P. Kumar, Commissioner and Secretary of Women and Child Development and Archives Departments, has been transferred to the Fisheries and Archives Departments in the same capacity.

Ashima Brar, Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd, has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary of the Cooperative Department while retaining her MD role. Phool Chand Meena, Commissioner of Ambala Division, has been transferred as Commissioner of Rohtak Division.

Shekhar Vidyarthi, Director General and Secretary of the Archives Department, has been given additional charge as Director General of Fire Services. Dusmanta Kumar Behera, Director General and Secretary of the Development and Panchayat Department, now holds additional responsibility as Transport Commissioner and Secretary of the Transport Department.

Anshaj Singh, Commissioner of Rohtak Division and Director General of Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, has been reassigned as Commissioner of Ambala Division while continuing in his previous role. Vinay Pratap Singh, Director of the Human Resources Department and Administrator of the Trade Fair Authority, has been given additional charge as Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Special Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.

Dr. Shaleen, Director and Special Secretary of the Tourism Department, will now also serve as Managing Director of Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Ltd. Saloni Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resource Information Officer, Jhajjar, has been posted in the same role in Bhiwani while also serving as District Municipal Commissioner, Bhiwani.

Among the HCS officers, Virendra Singh Sehrawat has been appointed Additional Labour Commissioner (Administration) and Secretary, Haryana Traders Welfare Board. Anurag Dhalia has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resource Information Officer, Fatehabad. 

Yogesh Kumar Mehta has been assigned as Additional Director (Administration) and Special Secretary of the Information, Public Relations, and Languages Department.

Naveen Kumar Ahuja, previously Secretary at the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, has been appointed as the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resource Information Officer in Yamunanagar. Manisha Sharma, former Additional Director of Model Sanskriti Schools, has been assigned the role of District Municipal Commissioner in Palwal.

Vivek Chaudhary, previously Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) and Additional Collector in Shahabad, has been posted as Additional Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Panipat.

Narender Pal Malik, who served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zila Parishad in Panipat, now takes on the role of Flying Squad Officer in the Excise and Taxation Department.

Rajesh Kumar has been promoted from Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Jhajjar to Joint Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad.

Gaurav Gupta, Joint Director (Administration), Information, Public Relations & Languages, and Deputy Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Languages, has been appointed as the City Magistrate of Fatehabad.

Jai Parkash, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Radaur, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, Panchkula, and Joint Director (Administration), Welfare of SCs & BCs, Haryana.

Aanchal Bhaskar, Joint Director (Administration), Information, Public Relations & Languages, and Deputy Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Languages, has been appointed as Estate Officer at HSVP, Hisar, and Land Acquisition Officer, Hisar.

Ravindra Malik, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Beri, has been appointed as City Magistrate of Sonipat, while Renuka, City Magistrate of Sonipat, has been posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Beri.

Parvesh Kadiyan, District Municipal Commissioner, Jhajjar, and City Magistrate, Jhajjar, has been appointed as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Gannaur.

Narender Kumar, Secretary of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, Panchkula, and Joint Director (Administration), Welfare of SCs & BCs, has been appointed as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Radaur.

Aman Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Pehowa, has been transferred to the role of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Thanesar.

Anmol, Deputy Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, and OSD to the Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management and Consolidation Department, has been appointed as CEO, Zila Parishad, Sonipat, and CEO, DRDA, Sonipat.

Neeraj Sharma, Joint Director (Admn.) in the Secondary Education Department and Deputy Secretary in the School Education Department, has been appointed as Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in Gurugram, in addition to his current responsibilities.

Namita Kumari, who was awaiting her posting orders, has now been appointed as Joint Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation in Rohtak.

Vipin Kumar, currently serving as the City Magistrate in Bhiwani, has been appointed as the General Manager of Haryana Roadways in Rohtak.

Aashish Sangwan, serving as the City Magistrate in Charkhi Dadri, has been assigned the role of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Charkhi Dadri.

Ashok Kumar, City Magistrate in Nuh, has been transferred as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Firozpur Jhirka.

Pooja Kumari, City Magistrate in Ambala, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Shivalik Development Agency in Ambala.

Paras Bhagoria, City Magistrate in Sirsa, has been assigned as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Ellenabad.

Pramesh Singh, City Magistrate in Fatehabad, has been appointed as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Guhla.

Anil Kumar, currently Under Training at HIPA in Gurugram, has been posted as City Magistrate in Bhiwani.
