Invest Karnataka 2025 Begins with High-Impact Discussions, Global Partnerships & Innovation Showcase

The first day of Invest Karnataka 2025 – Global Investors Meet set the stage for transformative discussions, collaborations, and key announcements, reinforcing Karnataka’s position as a premier investment destination. The event witnessed the presence of Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister M.B. Patil, along with other dignitaries.


The Future of Innovation Expo featured cutting-edge advancements in AI, space tech, agri-tech, health tech, and autonomous solutions. More than 40 global corporations and startups participated, including GE Healthcare, Hero Future Energies, River Mobility, and Galaxeye Space. The Karnataka Pavilion showcased homegrown startups like KWIN CITY, Bellatrix, and Flux Auto, further strengthening the state’s reputation as a technology hub.

A key highlight was the exclusive healthcare roundtable at Bangalore Palace, where 20+ biotech and healthcare companies—Apollo Hospitals, MS Ramaiah, Novonesis, and String Bio—strategized on making Karnataka a healthcare innovation powerhouse. Ministers Priyank Kharge (ITBT), Dinesh Gundu Rao (Health & Family Welfare), and N.S. Boseraju (Science & Technology) reaffirmed the government’s commitment to boosting healthcare investments.

Throughout the day, panel discussions and fireside chats explored AI, cybersecurity, and economic resilience. Notable speakers included Simon Long (The Economist), Montek Singh Ahluwalia (Former Planning Commission Deputy Chairman), and Akis Evangelidis (Nothing). A special panel featuring Parth Jindal (JSW Cement), Jay Kotak (Kotak811), and Suzannah Muthoot (Muthoot Housing Finance) was moderated by Nikhil Kamath (Zerodha).


The Invest Karnataka Awards recognized industry pioneers contributing to Karnataka’s growth. Honoured companies included Foxconn (Investment Titan), Samsung R&D (Innovation Excellence), JSW Group (Investor of the Decade), Infosys (Champion of Employment Generation in IT), and Biocon (Sunrise Sector Pioneer in Biotech).

Adding to the day’s significance, the government launched the Karnataka Success Stories Booklet, highlighting key investments shaping the state’s industrial landscape. The evening featured a vibrant cultural showcase, including performances by Dr. Prakash Sontakke Ensemble and Aayana Dance Company, culminating in an exclusive networking dinner.

International delegations from the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Switzerland, Bahrain, and Denmark engaged in B2G meetings, strengthening Karnataka’s global investment ties.
