The Tripura government has issued transfer and posting orders for five IAS officers, reshuffling key administrative positions to enhance governance efficiency.

Key Appointments & Transfers:

• Debapriya Bardhan (2012-batch IAS, Tripura cadre) – Appointed as Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department. Previously served as DM & Collector, North Tripura District, Dharmanagar.
• Raval Hamendra Kumar (2011-batch IAS, Tripura cadre) – Now Special Secretary, Education (School & Higher) Department. Earlier held additional charge of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs.
• Chandni Chandran (2017-batch IAS, Tripura cadre) – Transferred from DM & Collector, Khowai District, to DM & Collector, North Tripura District, Dharmanagar.
• Rajat Pant (2021-batch IAS, Tripura cadre) – Appointed as DM & Collector, Khowai District, Khowai, moving from his role as Director, Urban Development.
• Shailesh Yadav (2013-batch IAS, Tripura cadre) – Continues as Municipal Commissioner, Agartala Municipal Corporation, along with multiple additional charges, including Director, Urban Development; Commissioner, TUDA; CEO, Tripura Jal Board; and Additional Secretary, Rural Development (MGNREGA & Panchayats).
