In a new administrative reshuffle, the Maharashtra government has reassigned five IAS officers to new positions, aiming to enhance governance and leadership across various departments.

Ulhasnagar’s First Woman Commissioner

Ulhasnagar has made history by appointing Manisha Awhale, a 2019-batch IAS officer, as its first woman commissioner. Previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pune Smart City, Awhale hails from Washim and holds an LLB degree from ILS, Pune.
