
In a significant reshuffle, several IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities across different ministries and states.
Raina Jameel, a 2019-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Chattisgarh. Previously, she served as the District Panchayat CEO of Balrampur, where she contributed to local governance and development initiatives.

Vasu Jain, a 2021-batch IAS officer, has taken charge as the Chief Executive Officer of Sakti district. Prior to this, he served as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Narayanpur, gaining recognition for his administrative acumen.

Kritika Jyotsana, a 2014-batch IAS officer known for her impactful tenure in Jammu & Kashmir, has been appointed as the Special Secretary Revenue in Uttar Pradesh. Before this assignment, she held the role of District Collector in Udhampur, where she led significant developmental projects.

In a temporary arrangement, Punya Salila Srivastava, a 1993-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer, has been assigned additional charge as Secretary, Ministry of Ayush. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Srivastava will oversee the Ayush Ministry from January 18 to January 25, 2025. This arrangement follows the leave of incumbent Secretary Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha.
