The Andhra Pradesh government has announced new responsibilities for five IAS officers. D Ronald Rose, who has a proven track record in administration, has been appointed as Secretary of the Finance Department. B Anil Kumar, known for his effective leadership in previous roles, will take charge as Managing Director of the Swachh Andhra Corporation. Gandham Chandrudu, with extensive experience in public service, has been posted as Additional Secretary of the Labour, Factories, Boilers, and Insurance Medical Services Department.
D Haritha, who has served in various capacities within the state administration, will now serve as Deputy Secretary of the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. K Kanna Babu, Secretary of the Social Welfare Department, has been given the full additional charge as Secretary of the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, relieving G Anantha Ramu of this responsibility. Kanna Babu’s expanded role comes with the expectation of leveraging his considerable expertise in urban development.
