In a massive bureaucratic rearrangement in the state, the Telangana Government has announced the transfer of as many as 44 IAS & IPS officers, including Greater Hyderabad Municipal Commissioner (GHMC) Ronald Rose, effective Monday.

IAS Ronald Rose has been reassigned as Secretary to the government, Energy Department. Additionally, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) Managing Director C. Sudarshan Reddy has been transferred and appointed as Secretary to the government (Services & HRM).

Another significant transfer includes A.V. Ranganathan, Inspector General of Police, Multi-Zone 1, who has been named Commissioner of Enforcement, Vigilance & Disaster Management, GHMC.

Sandeep Kumar Sultania (IAS 1998): Appointed as Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, while continuing his current role in Panchayati Raj & Rural Development, RWS, RSAD Department.

Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi (IAS 1999): Transferred to Principal Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes & Excise Department.

Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash (IAS 2002): Appointed as Secretary to Telangana Government, Registrations & Stamps and Secretary to Government, Housing.

Soni Bala Devi (IFS 2002): Transferred to Managing Director, Sports Authority of Telangana.

Ilambarithi K., IAS (2005), is appointed as Commissioner of Transport, replacing Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS (2002), who has been transferred.

D. Ronald Rose, IAS (2006), Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Telangana Government, Energy Department, replacing Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, IAS (1999), who has been transferred. The MoS will also be in charge of CMD, GENCO & TRANSCO, relieving Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi, IAS (1999), from this role.

A.V. Ranganath, IPS (2006), Inspector General of Police, Multi-Zone-I, Hyderabad, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enforcement, Vigilance & Disaster Management, GHMC, replacing Nyalakonda Prakash Reddy, IPS (2010), who has been transferred.

A. Sridevasena, IAS (2008), Commissioner of School Education, is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Collegiate & Technical Education, relieving B. Venkatesham, IAS (1995), from this role.

Sarfaraz Ahmad, IAS (2009), Joint Chief Electoral Officer, Office of the CEO, Telangana, is transferred and posted as Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), relieving M. Dana Kishore, IAS (1996), from this role.

D. Divya, IAS (2010), Director of Municipal Administration, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), relieving Anita Ramachandran, IAS (2004), from this role. The MoS will also hold the post of State Nodal Officer, Prajavani.

Amrapali Kata, IAS (2010), Joint Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), is placed in charge of the post of Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), replacing D. Ronald Rose, IAS (2006), who has been transferred.

Harichandana Dasari, IAS (2010), is posted as Special Secretary to the Telangana Government, Roads & Buildings Department.

Nyalakonda Prakash Reddy, IPS (2010), Director of Vigilance & Enforcement & Disaster Management, GHMC, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, TG Tourism Development Corporation Limited, replacing K. Ramesh Naidu, IPS (2006), who has been transferred. K. Ramesh Naidu, IPS (2006), is directed to report to the Office of the Director General of Police (HoPF).

Alagu Varsini V.S., IAS (2012), is posted as Secretary, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (TSWREIS), relieving K. Seetha Lakshmi, IAS (2018), from this role.

V.P. Gautham, IAS (2014), who is awaiting posting, is appointed as Special Secretary to the Telangana Government Housing Department. The MoS will also be in charge of the post of Director of Municipal Administration, replacing D. Divya, IAS (2010), who has been transferred. Additionally, the MoS will hold several other roles, including Director of the Weaker Section Housing Programme, Managing Director of the Telangana State Housing Corporation, CEO of DILL, Vice-Chairman & Housing Commissioner of the Telangana Housing Board, and Managing Director of the Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Ltd.

Krishna Aditya S., IAS (2014), Director of Labour, is placed in charge of the post of Director of Employment & Training, relieving Ahmad Nadeem, IAS (1997), from this role.

K. Ashok Reddy, IAS (2014), Director of Horticulture, is transferred and posted as Managing Director of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB), replacing C. Sudharshan Reddy, IAS (2002), who has been transferred.

Anuraag Jayanti, IAS (2015), is posted as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Khairatabad, canceling the previous orders issued in Sl.No.4 of the GO 2nd read above. Pamela Satpathy, IAS (2015), is retained as Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar.
Bhavesh Mishra, IAS (2015), is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department.

P. Katyayani Devi, IAS (2017), is transferred and appointed as Joint Managing Director of the State Finance Corporation.

EV Narasimha Reddy, IAS (2017), Director of Tribal Welfare, is transferred and appointed as Director of School Education, Telangana, succeeding A. Sri Devasena, IAS (2008), who is transferred.

The MoS is also appointed as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Telangana Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGEWIDC) and State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, succeeding Mallaiah Battu, who is transferred and repatriated to his parent department, BC Welfare.

Bhorkade Hemant Sahadeo, IAS (2018), is appointed as Managing Director of TG Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC), relieving  Sin RV Karnan, IAS (2012), of the additional charge.

Hemanta Keshav Patil, IAS (2019), Additional Collector of Revenue, Hyderabad, is transferred and appointed as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, LB Nagar.

Apurv Chauhan, IAS (2020), Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Jogulamba Gadwal, is transferred and appointed as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Kukatpally.
