This centre was inaugurated by Deepti Uppal, Mission Director, PSDM. Speaking on the occasion, Uppal said that it is utmost important to inculcate the Divyang people in the mainstream of society and provide them skill training, which will certainly help them to gain some specific skill, through which they can be made self dependent and start earning. She further said that this will help in making Divyangs an equal partner in the socio-economic growth of the country and ensuring a life full of dignity and pride for them.
