The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, on Monday, March 7, 2022, has given its approval to the Centre’s request to empanel 12 IAS officers for taking up Additional Secretary or Additional Secretary equivalent posts in the Government of India.

As per the orders, the officers empanelled for the posts of Additional Secretary are as follows:

1. J Radhakrishnan (IAS 1992-Batch of Tamil Nadu cadre)

2. Nikunja Bihari Dhal (IAS 1993-Batch of Odisha cadre)

3. Alok Kumar II (IAS 1993-Batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre)

4. Dushyant Nariala (IAS 1993-Batch of West Bengal cadre)

5. Vivek Aggarwal (IAS 1994-Batch of Madhya Pradesh cadre)

Further, the officers empanelled for posts equivalent to that of Additional Secretary post, are as follows:

3. Manisha Verma (IAS 1993-Batch of Maharashtra cadre)

4. Sandeep Verma (IAS 1993-Batch of Rajasthan cadre)

5. Rajeev Chandra Joshi (IAS 1994-Batch of Assam-Meghalaya cadre)

6. L S Changsan (IAS 1994-Batch of Assam-Meghalaya cadre)

7. Sreya Guha (IAS 1994-Batch of Assam-Meghalaya cadre)
