CM Ashok Gehlot launches 7 housing projects


Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, on August 22, laid the foundation stone for seven projects and launched 18 housing schemes through a video conference. The CM, during the conference, said that the state government is looking forward to making people realise their dream of having their own house. The CM asked the Rajasthan Housing Board to dedicatedly work with a constant focus on quality to meet the deadlines.

The CM said, “The Rajasthan Housing Board has seen a white elephant during the tenure of the previous government and it had decided to close the board. But with the will of the present state government and dedication of the officers and staff of the Housing Board, it has got a new life.”

Shanti Dhariwal, Minister for Urban Development and Housing said that projects like city park in Jaipur are taken seriously and this simply shows due to the people-centric approach of the chief minister.
