HCL Infosystems has announced deployment of its Bilingual Banking Software 'HCL Bancmate' in the newly opened branch of Agrasen Cooperative Urban Bank at Hyderabad, facilitating total banking solutions to its customers at an affordable cost.
Keeping in view of the technology required for the bank to meet the customer demand , this scalable solution form HCL will enable customers to operate their accounts, and avail banking services in their language of choice. The Bank will gradually move towards enhancing customer convenience through 24 x 7 banking services through Core Banking.
