ItzCash plans to spread its wings in rural markets in the country by next year through opening another 5,000 outlets in rural areas. At present, the company already has one lakh outlets and about 10,000 franchisees in India. The company also plans to enter into agreements with state governments in their e-governance programmes.

Available in a range of denominations from Rs 100 to Rs 10,000, the card will allow consumers be in charge of what they spend. Tie-ups with banks in rural areas is also in the pipeline, so that people can use core-banking facilities in order to use ItzCash cards, which provides cash management to its customers across various sectors through mobile and web.
